Harvest: First half of September.
Production: Maceration of 10-12 days, fermenting at controlled temperatures.
Tasting notes: Ruby red with violet iridescence denoting its youth. The nose is fresh and elegant, with the characteristic ripe fruit aromas of the variety. Light, smooth and round in its passage through the mouth.
Food: white and red meats, sauce, vegetables and blue fish.
Service temp.: 14-16º C.
