Grape variety: 100% Airén.
Harvest: first week of September.
Production: debourbage of the must and fermentation at controlled temperatures.
Tasting notes: pale yellow with golden, bright hues. The nose is delicate, clean aromatic, of good intensity, with hints of fruit bananas and apples. The palate is soft and cool at the entrance, but with persistent structure and good acidity which gives it liveliness.
Gastronomy: fish, seafood, white meats, and rice, among other dishes.
