Organic Grape varieties: 75% Organic Verdejo, 25% Sauvignon Blanc.
Harvest: First fortnight of september.
Production: Clearing of must and controlled fermentation at 16º C. This wine is the result of the careful production of grapes strictly selected from our vineyards regulated as organic agriculture.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow, brilliant, nice fruity and flowery aromas, fresh with a lingering end.
Food: Rice, fish, seafood, fresh cheese, etc.
