Organic grape varieties: 50% Tempranillo, 25% Merlot, and 25% Syrah.
Harvest: Last fortnight of august - first of september.
Production: Seven days of maceration with controlled temperature fermentation. This wine is the result of the careful elaboration of grapes scrupulously selected of our vineyards regulated as organic agriculture.
Tasting notes: Cherry colour with purple tones, typical aromas of mature berries and red wilt fruits. In mouth is harmonic, structured and with character.
Food: Blue fish, lentils, stews, etc.
