Yuntero Tinto

Grape varieties: 85% Tempranillo and 15% Syrah.
 
Harvest: first half of September.
 
Production: The two varieties that go to form this wine are produced independently. Both wines have a fermentation/maceration period of approximately 8 days, with a fermentation temperature of about 24º C. This wine is produced using the Ganimede system, with the aim of obtaining more fruitiness.
 
Tasting notes: Visual phase: Intense colour, purple cherry red with a garnet rim.
Olfactory phase: Predominantly fruity aroma of red fruits of the forest (currants, blackberry and cherry).
Tasting phase: In the mouth, it is rich, well-structured yet light, with very pleasant tannins.
