Yuntero Rosado

Grape Varieties: 100% Tempranillo.
 
Harvest: first half of September.
 
Production: Cold maceration of the grapes for 12 hours to obtain that intense pinkish hue, subsequent bleeding of free-run juice for later cold clearing for 48 hr at about 6-8º C. The cleared free-run juice, with very little turbidity, becomes fermented at temperatures of between 14-16º C, the fermentation thereby lasting about 20 days.
 
Tasting notes: An attractive and intense raspberry red colour. It has a very intense pink colour, but very attractive. On the nose, it is surprising, strawberry and raspberry notes standing out. It stands out for being balanced, fleshy and complex in the mouth. It is very fresh in the mouth. Not a light rosé at all, it has great structure and persistence.
 
Service temp.: 10-12º C.
